Fudgy Avocado Brownies with Avocado Frosting

These Fudgy Avocado Brownìes wìth Avocado Frostìng are an ìncredìble gluten-free healthìer brownìe for when you want all the flavour wìthout all the sìn.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 g dark chocolate chopped or chìps
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oìl
  • 2 medìum hass avocados pìtted and peeled
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanìlla extract
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup less 1 Tbsp. coconut flour

For the Avocado Frosting

  • One medìum sìzed hass avocado pìtted and peeled
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Lìne the base and sìdes of a 9 x 13 ìn pan wìth parchment paper, allowìng some overhang.

White Chocolate Brownies



These white chocolate brownies are probably the ultimate dessert if you love white chocolate. They’re fudgy, gooey and like biting into a piece of white chocolate in brownie form.

Ingredients:
  • For the Brownies
  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 oz white chocolate , use baking white chocolate not candy melts
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs , room temperature
  • 1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled
  • For the Topping
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips , or dark





Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. 
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with aluminium foil & spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a medium sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate in short 20 second bursts. Stir after each 20 second burst. 
  4. After both the butter and white chocolate are melted, cool for 5 minutes. 
  5. Whisk in the granulated sugar, followed by the vanilla, eggs and salt. 
  6. Gently fold in the flour. 
  7. Pour/spoon the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20-24 minutes, or until the top is set and the sides are starting to pull away from the pan. An inserted toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs, or clean. 
  8. Allow the brownies to cool fully in their pan. 
  9. To serve, lift the brownies out of the pan using the aluminium foil edges. Carefully peel back the sides of the foil, then cut into 9 or 12 squares.

  • 1 (4-oz.) bittersweet chocolate baking bar, chopped
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 (1-oz.) bottle red liquid food coloring
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract






INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 or 7x11 inch pan with aluminum foil allowing 2 inches to hang over the sides. Lightly grease.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate and butter stirring after 30 seconds each time being careful not to burn the chocolate. Whisk in the sugar and add the eggs one at a time until blended. Add the flour, red food coloring, baking powder, and vanilla. Stir until fully incorporated.
